Sandhi Resolution Notes: विनाज्ञां = विना आज्ञाम्.
It emphasizes lawful procedure and dharmic protocol: actions involving the king’s domain should not be done without the king’s explicit permission.
Both terms refer to a Brahmin: dvija means “twice-born,” and bhūsura is an honorific meaning “a deity on earth,” used for revered Brahmins.
It highlights respect for rightful authority and the importance of acting with authorization, aligning personal conduct with social and political dharma.
