कृप-अर्जुन रथयुद्धम्

Kṛpa–Arjuna Chariot Engagement

सर्व यथावच्चरितं यद्‌ यदेशि: प्रतिश्रुतम्‌ । एवमेतद्‌ ध्रुवं ज्ञात्वा ततो बीभत्सुरागत:,इन पाण्डवोंने जो-जो प्रतिज्ञाएँ की थीं, उन सबका यथावत्‌ पालन किया है; अवश्य इस बातको अच्छी तरह जानकर ही अर्जुन यहाँ आये हैं

sarva yathāvac caritaṃ yad yadeṣiḥ pratiśrutam | evam etad dhruvaṃ jñātvā tato bībhatsur āgataḥ ||

भीष्म उवाच—यत् यत् प्रतिश्रुतं त्वया, तत् सर्वं यथावत् आचरितम्। एतद् ध्रुवं ज्ञात्वा ततो बीभत्सुर् अत्रागतः॥
