Śamī-vṛkṣe śastra-nidhāna and Entry into Virāṭa’s Capital (शमीवृक्षे शस्त्रनिधानम्)
जयो जयन्तो विजयो जयत्सेनो जयद्धल: । इति गुह्मानि नामानि चक्रे तेषां युधिष्ठिर:,तब युधिष्ठिरने क्रमश: पाँचों भाइयोंके जय, जयन्त, विजय, जयत्सेन और जयद्वल-- ये गुप्त नाम रखे
jayo jayanto vijayo jayatseno jayaddhalaḥ | iti guhyāni nāmāni cakre teṣāṃ yudhiṣṭhiraḥ ||
वैशम्पायन उवाच— जयो जयन्तो विजयो जयत्सेनो जयद्धलः। इति गुह्यानि नामानि चक्रे तेषां युधिष्ठिरः॥ अज्ञातवासे प्रतिज्ञारक्षणार्थं युधिष्ठिरः भ्रातॄणां गुह्यानि नामानि न्यधात्।
