नतु युक्त रणे हन्तुं दिव्यैरस्त्रै: पृथगजनम्‌ । आर्जवेनैव युद्धेन विजेष्यामो वयं परान्‌,'परंतु युद्धमें साधारण जनोंको दिव्यास्त्रोंद्वारा मारना कदापि उचित नहीं है; अतः हमलोग सरलतापूर्ण युद्धके द्वारा ही शत्रुओंको जीतेंगे

na tu yuktaṃ raṇe hantuṃ divyair astraiḥ pṛthagjanam | ārjavenaiva yuddhena vijeṣyāmo vayaṃ parān ||
