भीष्मस्य सेनापत्यप्रतिज्ञा तथा रथसंख्यावर्णनम् | Bhishma Accepts Command and Enumerates Kaurava Strength
अवश्यं च मया कार्य पूर्वेषां चरितं महत् । कर्ता चाहं तथा कर्म यथा नान्य: करिष्यति
avaśyaṃ ca mayā kāryaṃ pūrveṣāṃ caritaṃ mahat | kartā cāhaṃ tathā karma yathā nānyaḥ kariṣyati |
सञ्जय उवाच—अवश्यं मया पूर्वेषां महच्चरितं कर्तव्यम्। कर्ता चाहं तथा कर्म यथा नान्यः करिष्यति।
