कर्मणा क्षत्रियाश्रैते निर्धणा भोगिभोजिन: । ज्ञातिसंक्षयकर्तत्वाद ब्राह्मुण्यं न लभन्ति वै

Transliteration

karmaṇā kṣatriyāśraite nirdhaṇā bhogibhojinaḥ | jñātisaṃkṣayakartṛtvād brāhmaṇyaṃ na labhanti vai ||

Translation

नारद उवाच—ब्राह्मणकुले प्रसूताः सन्तः कर्मणा क्षत्रियाश्रिताः। निर्दयाः भोगिभोजिनः; ज्ञातिसंक्षयकर्तृत्वात् ब्राह्मण्यं न लभन्ति वै।
