arthamānārghyasatkārair bhogair uccāvacaiḥ priyān

भीष्म उवाच—अर्थमानार्घ्यसत्कारैः तथा भोगैरुच्चावचैः, प्रियान् जनान् प्रसादयेत्; काले दानं सत्कारश्च सौहार्दं धारयतः।
