रुधिरेणापरे राजंस्तत्रारग्निं समवाकिरन्‌ । राजन! भगवान्‌ शिवके अनुचरोंमेंसे कोई तो जोर-जोरसे सिंहनाद करने लगे

rudhireṇāpare rājan tatrāgnim samavākiran | rājan bhagavān śivake anucarom̐ meṃse koī to jora-jora se siṃhanāda karane lage, kin̐hīṃne aṭṭahāsa karanā ārambha kar diyā tathā dūsare yajñāgniko bujhāne ke liye usapar raktakī varṣā karane lage |

रुधिरेणापरे राजंस्तत्राग्निं समवाकिरन् । राजन्! भगवान् शिवस्यानुचरेषु केचित् सिंहनादान् प्रचक्रुः, केचिदट्टहासं प्रचक्रुः, अपरे च यज्ञाग्निं निर्वापयितुं रुधिरवर्षं प्रावर्षयन् ॥
