अशब्दस्पर्शरूपं तदरसागन्धमव्ययम्‌ | अशरीरं शरीरेषु निरीक्षेत निरिन्द्रियम्‌,वह आत्मतत्त्व यद्यपि शब्द, स्पर्श, रूप, रस और गन्धसे हीन, अविकारी तथा शरीर और इन्द्रियोंसे रहित है तो भी शरीरोंके भीतर ही इसका अनुसंधान करना चाहिये
