अध्याय १७८ — प्राणवायुगतिः तथा शारीराग्निव्यवस्था

Adhyāya 178 — The courses of prāṇa-vāyu and the regulation of the bodily fire

तस्मात्‌ कामश्च लोभश्व तृष्णा कार्पण्यमेव च । त्यजन्तु मां प्रतिष्ठन्तं सत्त्वस्थो हास्मि साम्प्रतम्‌,“अतः काम, लोभ, तृष्णा और कृपणताको चाहिये कि वे मोक्षकी ओर प्रस्थान करनेवाले मुझ साधकको छोड़कर चले जायाँ। अब मैं सत्त्वगुणमें स्थित हो गया हूँ

tasmāt kāmaś ca lobhaś ca tṛṣṇā kārpaṇyam eva ca | tyajantu māṃ pratiṣṭhantaṃ sattvastho 'smi sāmpratam ||

तस्मात् कामश्च लोभश्च तृष्णा कार्पण्यमेव च । त्यजन्तु मां प्रतिष्ठन्तं सत्त्वस्थो हास्मि साम्प्रतम् ॥
