Bala and Dharma in Kṣatriya Governance (बल-धर्म सम्बन्धः)
अपचिक्रमिषु: क्षिप्रं साम्ना वा परिसान्त्वयन् । विलड्घयित्वा मन्त्रेण तत: स्वयमुपक्रमेत्
apacikramiṣuḥ kṣipraṃ sāmnā vā parisāntvayan | vilaṅghayitvā mantreṇa tataḥ svayam upakramet ||
अपचिक्रमिषुः क्षिप्रं साम्ना वा परिसान्त्वयन् । विलङ्घयित्वा मन्त्रेण ततः स्वयमुपक्रमेत् ॥ दुर्गाद् वा संकटात् शीघ्रमपसरणे, साम्ना सान्त्वयित्वा वा, मन्त्रयुक्तेनोपायेन वा विपक्षं विलङ्घ्य, सुरक्षितं निष्क्रम्य; ततः किञ्चित्कालं प्रतीक्ष्य, श्रेष्ठजनसम्मत्या, नष्टं धनं राज्यं वा पुनरुद्धर्तुं प्रयत्नं आरभेत।
