इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत शल्यपर्वके अन्तर्गत गदापर्वनें श्रीकृष्णका बलदेवजीको सान्त्वना देनाविषयक साठवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ
tāṁs tu cintāparān dṛṣṭvā pāṇḍavān dīnacetasaḥ | provācedaṁ vacaḥ kṛṣṇo meghadundubhiniḥsvanaḥ ||
तान् पाण्डवान् दीनचेतसः चिन्तापरान् दृष्ट्वा, कृष्णो मेघदुन्दुभिनिःस्वनः, इदं वचनं प्रोवाच।
