कच्चिच्छोको न मन्युर्वा त्वया प्रोत्पाद्यतेडनघ । अपि मड़लहस्तश्न जनः पाश्वे नु तिष्ठति,निष्पाप नरेश! तुम किसीके मनमें शोक या क्रोध तो नहीं पैदा करते? तुम्हारे पास कोई मनुष्य हाथमें मंगलसामग्री लेकर सदा उपस्थित रहता है न?

kaccic choko na manyur vā tvayā protpādyate 'nagha | api maṅgalahastaś ca janaḥ pārśve nu tiṣṭhati niṣpāpa nareśa ||
