न हि केवलमस्माकं यावन्तो<न्ये च पार्थिवा: । तथैव तेषामासीच्च बुद्धिर्बुद्धिमतां वर,बुद्धिमानोंमें श्रेष्ठ नरेश! यह केवल मेरा ही मत नहीं है, दूसरे भी जितने भूमिपाल हैं, उन सबका यही विचार रहा है
na hi kevalam asmākaṃ yāvanto 'nye ca pārthivāḥ | tathaiva teṣām āsīc ca buddhir buddhimatāṃ vara ||

श्रीकृष्ण उवाच

In the Sabha Parva context, Kṛṣṇa is speaking as an adviser, reinforcing that the stance being presented is not his alone; other kings too have held the same view, thereby strengthening the legitimacy and persuasiveness of the counsel being offered.
