ते रात्रौ कृतकर्माण: श्रान्ता: सूर्यस्य तेजसा । क्षुत्पिपासापरीताज विसंज्ञा बहवो5भवन्,वे सभी रातमें युद्ध करके थक गये थे। फिर सबरेरे सूर्यकी धूप लगनेसे उनके अंग- अंगमें भूख-प्यास व्याप्त हो गयी, जिससे बहुतेरे सैनिक अपनी सुध-बुध खो बैठे
