तामस्य वाचं देवाशक्ष ऋषयश्नल महात्मन: । सर्वसैन्यानि चाक्षुद्रां प्रह्ृष्टा: प्रत्यपूजयन्,महात्मा अर्जुनके इस श्रेष्ठ वचनका सम्पूर्ण देवताओं, ऋषियों और समस्त सैनिकों ने बड़े हर्षके साथ स्वागत किया
tām asya vācaṁ devāś ca ṛṣayaś ca nara-mahātmanaḥ | sarva-sainyāni cākṣudrāṁ prahṛṣṭāḥ pratyapūjayan ||
सञ्जय उवाच—तामस्य वाचं देवाश्च ऋषयश्च महात्मनः । सर्वसैन्यानि चाक्षुद्रां प्रहृष्टाः प्रत्यपूजयन् ॥
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya reports that a great-souled warrior’s statement is received with delight and respect. The response is collective and cosmic: gods and seers, along with all the assembled troops, approve and honor the utterance, indicating its perceived righteousness and its power to inspire the battlefield audience.
