Adhyāya 141 — Night duels: Śaineya and Bhūriśravas; Droṇi and Ghaṭotkaca; Bhīma and Duryodhana
सापतद् दशधा छिज्ना कर्णस्य निशितै: शरै:
sāpatad daśadhā chinnā karṇasya niśitaiḥ śaraiḥ
सञ्जय उवाच—सा कर्णस्य निशितैः शरैर्दशधा छिन्ना पतिता, रणस्य निर्दय-निपुणतां दर्शयन्ती, यत्र पराक्रमः संकल्पश्च भ्रातृयुद्धस्य धर्मभारमधि फलनिर्णयौ कुरुतः।
