अक्षान् स मन्यमान: प्राक् शरास्ते हि दुरासदा: । शकुनि कौरवसभामें पहले जिन भयंकर पासोंको हाथमें लेकर जूएका खेल खेलता उन्हें वह तो पासे ही समझता था, परंतु वास्तवमें वे दुर्धर्ष बाण थे
akṣān sa manyamānaḥ prāk śarās te hi durāsadāḥ |
अक्षान् स मन्यमानः प्राक् शरास्ते हि दुरासदाः। शकुनिः कौरवसभायां यैः पूर्वं द्यूतमक्रीडत्, तान् स केवलान् अक्षान् इवामन्यत; ते तु वास्तवतो दुर्धर्षा बाणा आसन्—भयङ्करा दुरासदाश्च।
