शशाड्कसंनिकाशान् वै वाजिनो व्यनुदद् भृशम् | संजय कहते हैं--राजन्! सात्यकिके ऐसा कहनेपर सारथिने चन्द्रमाके समान श्वेत वर्णवाले उन घोड़ोंको, जो सुशिक्षित और अच्छी प्रकार सवारीका काम देनेवाले थे, बड़े वेगसे हाँका

सञ्जय उवाच—राजन्, सात्यकिरिति वाक्ये उक्ते, सारथिः चन्द्रसदृशश्वेतवर्णान्, सुसंस्कृतान् सुसाधुवाह्यान् वाजिनः, महावेगेन व्यनुदद्, रणसङ्घट्टे प्रचोदयामास।
संजय उवाच
Even amid violence, the epic highlights disciplined action: a command is executed with skill and control. The focus is on competence and duty (the charioteer’s precise response), rather than rage or cruelty.
Sañjaya reports to Dhṛtarāṣṭra that after Sātyaki’s words, the charioteer urges the moon-white, well-trained horses forward at great speed, advancing the chariot in the ongoing battle.
