ततः: समभवद् युद्ध तुमुलं लोमहर्षणम् । राक्षसानां च मुख्यस्य दुर्योधनबलस्य च,तदनन्तर राक्षसशिरोमणि घटोत्कच तथा दुर्योधनकी सेनामें रोमांचकारी एवं भयंकर युद्ध होने लगा
tataḥ samabhavad yuddhaṁ tumulaṁ lomaharṣaṇam | rākṣasānāṁ ca mukhyasya duryodhana-balasya ca ||
सञ्जय उवाच—ततः समभवद्युद्धं तुमुलं लोमहर्षणं राक्षसानां मुख्यस्य दुर्योधनबलस्य च।
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya reports that a fierce, uproar-filled battle erupts between the chief of the Rākṣasas (contextually, Ghaṭotkaca) and Duryodhana’s forces, marking a dramatic intensification of the fighting.
