भीष्मपतनविषये धृतराष्ट्रस्य प्रश्नाः | Dhṛtarāṣṭra’s Questions on Bhīṣma’s Fall
शृणु तत् पृथिवीपाल मा च शोके मन: कृथा: । दिष्टमेतत् पुरा नूनमिदमेव नराधिप,भूपाल! मैंने हाथियों, घोड़ों तथा अमिततेजस्वी राजाओंके विषयमें जो कुछ अपनी आँखों देखा है और योगबलसे जिसका साक्षात्कार किया है, वह सब वृत्तान्त सुना रहा हूँ, सुनिये। अपने मनको शोकमें न डालिये। नरेश्वर! निश्चय ही दैवका यह सारा विधान मुझे पहलेसे ही प्रत्यक्ष हो चुका है
