Shloka 14

इन्द्रियग्राम इत्येष मन एकादशं भवेत्‌ । एत॑ ग्रामं जयेत्‌ पूर्व ततो ब्रह्म प्रकाशते,कान, त्वचा, आँख, रसना, पाँचवीं नासिका तथा हाथ, पैर, गुदा, उपस्थ और वाक्‌-- यह दस इन्द्रियोंका समूह है। मन ग्यारहवाँ है। मनुष्यको पहले इस समुदायपर विजय प्राप्त करना चाहिये। तत्पश्चात्‌ उसे ब्रह्मका साक्षात्कार होता है
