प्रत्यब्रुवं महाबाहो यथाश्रुतमरिंदम । शत्रुदमन महाबाहु माधव! उस ब्राह्मणके इस प्रकार पूछनेपर मैंने जैसा सुना था वैसा ही उसे बताया

pratyabruvaṃ mahābāho yathāśrutam ariṃdama | śatrudamana mahābāhu mādhava! |

प्रत्यब्रुवं महाबाहो यथाश्रुतमरिंदम। माधव! स ब्राह्मणो यथा मां पृष्टवान् तथा मया यथाश्रुतमेव तस्मै कथितम्॥
