ऊर्ध्व॑ तु जन्तवो गत्वा येषु स्थानेष्ववस्थिता: । कीर्त्यमानानि तानीह तत्त्वतः संनिबोध मे,स्वर्ग आदि ऊर्ध्वलोकोंमें जाकर प्राणी जिन स्थानोंमें निवास करते हैं, उनका यहाँ वर्णन किया जाता है, इस विषयको यथार्थरूपसे मुझसे सुनो
ūrdhvaṁ tu jantavo gatvā yeṣu sthāneṣv avasthitāḥ | kīrtyamānāni tānīha tattvataḥ saṁnibodha me ||
ऊर्ध्वं तु जन्तवो गत्वा येषु स्थानेष्ववस्थिताः । कीर्त्यमानानि तानीह तत्त्वतः संनिबोध मे ॥ ये जन्तव ऊर्ध्वं गत्वा येषु लोकेषु स्थानेषु चावस्थिताः, तानि स्थानानि इह कीर्त्यन्ते। तत्त्वतः सम्यग् मे शृणु, स्वर्गादीनाम् ऊर्ध्वलोकानां वर्णनम् ॥
