तस्मै तुष्ट: स शिष्याय प्रसन्नो वाक्यमत्रवीत्‌ | सिद्धि परामभिप्रेक्ष्य शृणु मत्तो जनार्दन,जनार्दन! अपने शिष्य काश्यपके ऊपर प्रसन्न होकर उन सिद्ध महर्षिने परासिद्धिके सम्बन्धमें विचार करके जो उपदेश किया, उसे बताता हूँ, सुनो

tasmai tuṣṭaḥ sa śiṣyāya prasanno vākyam abravīt | siddhiṃ parām abhiprekṣya śṛṇu matto janārdana ||
