समानवत्सां कृष्णां तु धेनुं दत््वा पयस्विनीम्‌ । सुव्रतां वस्त्रसंवीतामग्निलोके महीयते,जो मनुष्य दूध देनेवाली सुलक्षणा कृष्ण वर्णकी गौको वस्त्र ओढ़ाकर कृष्ण वर्णके बछड़ेसहित दान करता है, वह अग्निलोकमें प्रतिष्ठित होता है

samānavatsāṃ kṛṣṇāṃ tu dhenuṃ dattvā payasvinīm | suvratāṃ vastrasaṃvītām agniloke mahīyate ||

वसिष्ठ उवाच— समानवत्सां कृष्णां तु धेनुं दत्त्वा पयस्विनीम् । सुव्रतां वस्त्रसंवीतामग्निलोके महीयते ॥
