न वर्षविषयं वापि दुःखमासां भवत्युत । ब्राह्मणैः सहिता यान्ति तस्मात् पारमकं पदम्,इन्हें सर्दी, गर्मी और वर्षाका भी कष्ट नहीं होता है। ये सदा ही अपना काम किया करती हैं। इसलिये ये ब्राह्मणोंक साथ परमपदस्वरूप ब्रह्मलोकमें चली जाती हैं
na varṣa-viṣayaṃ vāpi duḥkham āsāṃ bhavaty uta | brāhmaṇaiḥ sahitā yānti tasmāt pāramakaṃ padam ||

भीष्म उवाच
Steadfast adherence to one’s prescribed conduct brings inner resilience—so that even seasonal hardships do not disturb one—and culminates in the highest spiritual destination, described as the supreme state attained in association with Brahmanas.
Bhishma is instructing on dharma and the fruits of disciplined, duty-bound life. He describes a group referred to as “these (women)” who remain unaffected by hardships like those of the rainy season and, as a result of their conduct, attain the supreme state together with Brahmanas.
