बले: कुम्भीनसे श्वैव सर्वास्ता योषितो विदु: । जैसे गौएँ नयी-नयी घास चरती हैं, उसी प्रकार ये नारियाँ नये-नये पुरुषको अपनाती रहती हैं। शम्बरासुरकी जो माया है तथा नमुचि, बलि और कुम्भीनसीकी जो मायाएँ हैं, उन सबको ये युवतियाँ जानती हैं
baleḥ kumbhīnasye śvaiva sarvāstā yoṣito viduḥ |
बलेः कुम्भीनसस्यैव शम्बरस्य नमुचेस्तथा । मायाः सर्वा इमाः स्त्रियो विदुः कथ्यन्ति भारत ।। यथा गावो नवां नवां तृणं चरन्ति सर्वदा । तथा नवं नवं पुंसः समाश्रयन्ति योषितः ।।
