Educational Q&A

The core teaching is unbroken mindfulness of the divine: true devotion is not confined to ritual moments but continues through all states—sleeping, waking, moving, resting, and even blinking—so that ordinary life becomes sustained meditation.

Vāyu is describing the conduct of devoted worshippers: he portrays their constant contemplation as they pass through everyday actions, emphasizing the ideal of uninterrupted bhakti and recollection.
