ईश्वर उवाच
The verse teaches continual devotion and humility: even the speaker (Īśvara, in the cited framing) models unceasing reverence toward the supreme cosmic Lord, emphasizing that worship and surrender are central virtues.
A divine voice offers a eulogy of the supreme deity identified through epithets and the Varāha form, declaring perpetual homage to the Lord who is portrayed as the progenitor and ruler of all worlds.
