Śatarudrīya-prabhāva and Rudra’s Supremacy (शतरुद्रीयप्रभावः)

जनश्न विमना: सर्वो5भवत्‌ त्राससमन्वित: । निमीलिते भूतपतौ नष्टसूर्य इवाभवत्‌,सब लोग अनमने हो गये, सबके ऊपर त्रास छा गया। भूतनाथके नेत्र बंद कर लेनेपर इस संसारकी वैसी ही दशा हो गयी, मानो सूर्यदेव नष्ट हो गये हैं

janaḥ sa vimanaḥ sarvo 'bhavat trāsasamanvitaḥ | nimīlite bhūtapatau naṣṭasūrya ivābhavat ||

ततः सर्वे जनाः विमनस्का बभूवुः, त्राससमन्विताश्च। भूतपतौ निमीलितनेत्रे लोकोऽयं नष्टसूर्य इवाभवत्।
