मानसतीर्थ-शौचप्रशंसा | Praise of the ‘Mental Tīrtha’ and the Marks of Purity
वर्षासु वर्षतस्तावन्निवसत्यमरप्रभ: । वर्षा-ऋतुमें आकाशसे धरतीपर जितनी बूँदें गिरती हैं, उतने वर्षोतक वह देवोपम तेजस्वी पुरुष ब्रह्मलोकमें निवास करता है
varṣāsu varṣatastāvan nivasaty amaraprabhaḥ |
भीष्म उवाच—यावद् वर्षासु वर्षति, तावन्निवसत्य् अमरप्रभः। वर्षा-ऋतौ यावन्तो बिन्दवो गगनाद् भूमौ पतन्ति, तावद् वर्षोत्कं स देवोपमतेजस्वी पुरुषो ब्रह्मलोके वसति।
