पुरुषावयवैर्लोका: सपाला: पूर्वकल्पिता: । लोकैरमुष्यावयवा: सपालैरिति शुश्रुम ॥ ११ ॥

Transliteration

puruṣāvayavair lokāḥ sapālāḥ pūrva-kalpitāḥ lokair amuṣyāvayavāḥ sa-pālair iti śuśruma

Translation

हे विप्र! पूर्वं निरूपितं यत् सर्वे लोका: सपाला: विराट्-पुरुषस्य महादेहेऽवयवेषु व्यवस्थिताः। लोकैरस्यावयवा: सपाला इति च श्रुतम्; तेषां तु यथार्थस्थितिं कृपया विस्तरेण ब्रूहि।
