kūṭamudrāyāṃ pūrvaḥ sāhasadaṇḍaḥ tirojanapadasyottamaḥ
Translation
कूटमुद्रायां पूर्वोक्तः साहसदण्डः; तिरोजनपदस्य तु उत्तमो दण्डः।
