Kshurika
ततः कण्ठान्तरे योगी समूहन्नाडिसञ्चयम् । एकोत्तरं नाडिशतं तासां मध्ये वराः स्मृताः ॥ सुषुम्ना तु परे लीना विरजा ब्रह्मरूपिणी । इडा तिष्ठति वामेन पिङ्गला दक्षिणेन च ॥
ततः । कण्ठ-अन्तरे । योगी । समूहन् । नाडि-सञ्चयम् । एक-उत्तरम् । नाडि-शतम् । तासाम् । मध्ये । वराः । स्मृताः ॥ सुषुम्ना । तु । परे । लीना । विरजा । ब्रह्म-रूपिणी ॥ इडा । तिष्ठति । वामेन । पिङ्गला । दक्षिणेन । च ॥
tataḥ kaṇṭhāntare yogī samūhannāḍisañcayam | ekottaraṃ nāḍiśataṃ tāsāṃ madhye varāḥ smṛtāḥ || suṣumnā tu pare līnā virajā brahmarūpiṇī | iḍā tiṣṭhati vāmena piṅgalā dakṣiṇena ca ||
Затем в области горла йогин собирает воедино совокупность нади. Говорят, их сто одна; среди них некоторые почитаются превосходнейшими. Сушумна же растворена в Высшем — безупречная, по природе Брахман. Ида пребывает слева, а Пингала — справа.
Then, in the region within the throat, the yogin gathers together the collection of nāḍīs. There are said to be one hundred and one nāḍīs; among them certain ones are regarded as excellent. Suṣumnā, indeed, is merged in the Supreme—stainless, of the nature of Brahman. Iḍā stands on the left, and Piṅgalā on the right.
