Hanuman’s Self-Assertion of Power and Ascent of Mount Mahendra
उत्सहेयमतिक्रान्तुं सर्वानाकाशगोचरान्।सागरं क्षोभयिष्यामि दारयिष्यामि मेदिनीम्।।4.67.17।।
utsaheyam atikrāntuṃ sarvān ākāśagocarān |
sāgaraṃ kṣobhayīṣyāmi dārayīṣyāmi medinīm || 4.67.17 ||

'O monkeys! when I leap, I can crush the mountains into powder and pull the vast ocean with me with the force of my thighs.
Dharma implies restraint: immense power is acknowledged, yet (in the larger episode) it is directed toward a righteous end rather than destruction.
Hanumān enumerates his extraordinary capacities to remove the team’s doubt about crossing the ocean to Laṅkā.
