तथा स तु वरॉल्लब्ध्वा धर्मो धर्मभूतां वर: । गत्वा55श्रमं ब्राह्मणेभ्य आचख्यौ सर्वमेव तत्‌

Transliteration

tathā sa tu varāl labdhvā dharmo dharmabhūtāṁ varaḥ | gatvā āśramaṁ brāhmaṇebhya ācakhyau sarvam eva tat ||

Translation

Вайшампаяна сказал: Так, получив дар, Дхарма — первейший среди праведных — отправился в ашрам и поведал брахманам обо всём случившемся. Этот эпизод показывает: даже когда действует божественный замысел, события следует излагать правдиво и представлять перед учёными свидетелями, сообразуя поступок с дхармой.
