Dhṛtarāṣṭra and Sañjaya on Arjuna’s Indraloka report and the political consequences
upaviṣṭeṣu sarveṣu sthānamānaprabhāvataḥ | ṛddhyā prajvalamāneṣu agnisomārkavarṣmasu

The verse highlights the ethical and social ideal of orderly assembly: individuals take their proper places according to station and merit, while true greatness is marked by inner power and disciplined splendor rather than mere display.
Arjuna describes a formal gathering where all participants are seated in due order; he then depicts the assembled figures as blazing with extraordinary radiance, comparing their bodily brilliance to Agni (fire), Soma (moon), and Arka (sun).
