ब्राह्मणेषु सदा वृत्तिं कुर्वीथाश्वाप्रमादत: । बन्धूनां सुहृदां चैव भवेथास्त्वं गति: सदा,'प्रमाद छोड़कर सदा ब्राह्मणोंकी जीविकाकी व्यवस्था एवं रक्षा करना। बन्धुओं तथा सुहृदोंको सदैव सहारा देते रहना

vaiśampāyana uvāca |

brāhmaṇeṣu sadā vṛttiṁ kurvīthāśv apramādataḥ |

bandhūnāṁ suhṛdāṁ caiva bhavethās tvaṁ gatiḥ sadā ||
