त्रयाणामपि लोकानां महत् कार्य करिष्यसि । श्रीभगवान् बोले--ब्रह्मन! मेरी कृपासे यह सब कुछ तुम्हें प्राप्त हो जायगा। इसके सिवा तुम्हारे हृदयमें उस योगविद्याका प्रकाश होगा जिससे युक्त होकर तुम देवताओं तथा तीनों लोकोंका महान् कार्य सिद्ध कर सकोगे
trayāṇām api lokānāṁ mahat kārya kariṣyasi |
Маркандея сказал: «Ты совершишь великое дело для всех трёх миров». Господь ответил: «О брахман! По Моей милости всё это будет тобою обретено. И сверх того, в твоём сердце воссияет свет йогического знания; наделённый им, ты сможешь свершить великое деяние ради богов и ради трёх миров».
