Transliteration

mārkaṇḍeya uvāca dharmāntaraṃ prati kathāṃ kathyamānāṃ mayā nṛpa | sarvapāpaharāṃ nityaṃ śṛṇuṣvāvahito mama ||

Translation

Маркандейя сказал: «О царь, ныне я изложу другое наставление о дхарме. Оно вечно способно уничтожать все грехи. Слушай меня со всем вниманием».
