इस प्रकार श्रीमह्याभारत वनपवके अन्तर्गत मार्कण्डेयसमास्यापर्वमें इन्द्रहुम्नोपाख्यानविषयक एक सौ निन्‍यानबेवाँ अध्याय पूरा हुआ

Iti prakāraḥ Śrīmahābhārate Vanaparvaṇi antargate Mārkaṇḍeyasamāsyāparvaṇi Indradyumnopākhyāna-viṣayaka ekaśata-ekonaviṃśatitamodhyāyaḥ pūrṇaḥ.

Translation

Так завершается сто девяносто девятая глава, посвящённая сказанию об Индрадьюмне, в разделе «Маркандейя-самасья» книги «Вана-парва» священной «Махабхараты». Здесь повествование, переданное Вайшампаяной, торжественно подводит итог этой части.
