Kirmīra-rākṣasa-saṃgamaḥ (Encounter and Slaying of Kirmīra) | किर्मीरेण सह भीमसेनसमागमः
मा रोदी: शुभतागम्राक्षि यदाह मधुसूदन: । तथा तद् भविता देवि नान्यथा वरवर्णिनि,“लालिमायुक्त सुन्दर नेत्रोंवाली देवि! वरवर्णिनि! रोओ मत। भगवान् मधुसूदन जो कुछ कह रहे हैं, वह अवश्य होकर रहेगा; टल नहीं सकता'
mā rodīḥ śubhatāgām-rākṣi yad āha madhusūdanaḥ | tathā tad bhavitā devi nānyathā varavarṇini ||
«Не плачь, о богиня с прекрасными, покрасневшими глазами. Всё, что сказал Мадхусудана, непременно сбудется именно так — и не иначе, о светлокожая красавица».
