Kṛṣṇa’s Counsel to Dhṛtarāṣṭra in the Assembly
नवमेघप्रतीकाशां ज्वलन्तीमिव तेजसा । महेन्द्रसदनप्रख्यां प्रविवेश सभां तत:
navameghapratīkāśāṃ jvalantīm iva tejasā | mahendrasadanaprakhyāṃ praviveśa sabhāṃ tataḥ ||
Вайшампаяна сказал: Затем она вошла в зал собрания — тёмный и густой, как свежая дождёвая туча, и всё же словно пылающий сиянием; сам же зал был великолепен, подобно дворцу Махендры (Индры). Эта картина усиливает нравственное напряжение при дворе: внешнее величие обрамляет внутренний кризис, где вот-вот будут испытаны честь, справедливость и самообладание.
