बन्धुओंसहित राजा विराट तथा महाराज ट्रपदने मिल-कर सब राजाओंके पास युद्धका निमन्त्रण भेजा ।।
vacanāt kurusiṁhānāṁ matsyapāñcālayoś ca te | samājam ūrmmahīpālāḥ samprahṛṣṭā mahābalāḥ ||
По призыву львоподобных героев рода Куру (Пандавов) и по вестям царя Матсьи Вираты и царя Панчалы Друпады могучие владыки из многих стран, исполненные радости и решимости, стали стекаться туда на сбор.
वैशम्पायन उवाच
