न स भीष्मो महाबाहुर्मामिच्छति विशाम्पते । भ्रातृहेतो: समारम्भो भीष्मस्येति श्रुतं मया,“राजन! महाबाहु भीष्म मुझे नहीं चाहते। उनका यह आयोजन अपने भाईके विवाहके लिये था, ऐसा मैंने सुना है
na sa bhīṣmo mahābāhur mām icchati viśāmpate | bhrātṛ-hetoḥ samārambho bhīṣmasyeti śrutaṃ mayā ||
