Vidura’s Expanded Account of the Path
यथा तु पुरुषो राजन् दीर्घमध्वानमास्थित: । क्वचित् क्वचिच्छूमाच्छान्त: कुरुते वासमेव वा
yathā tu puruṣo rājan dīrgham adhvānam āsthitaḥ | kvacit kvacic chrāmāc chāntaḥ kurute vāsam eva vā ||
Видура сказал: «О царь, как человек, отправившийся в долгий путь, утомившись от усилий, то и дело останавливается, чтобы отдохнуть и сделать временную стоянку, так и в странствии по сансаре невежественные берут “передышку”, вновь и вновь входя в материнскую утробу. Но мудрые освобождаются от этого мира».
