Transliteration

kaccij jñānāni sarvāṇi prasannāni yathā purā | kaccin na vyākulā caiva buddhis te vadatāṃ vara ||

Translation

Вайшампаяна сказал: «О лучший из говорящих! Ясны ли и спокойны ли, как прежде, все твои способности познания? Не смутилась ли твоя мысль?» В нравственном контексте наставлений Шанти этот вопрос оберегает достоверность учения: истинный совет о дхарме должен исходить из устойчивого ума и неповреждённого различения.
