ते विवृद्धा महावीर्या: पृथिवीपतयो5भवन् | राजन्! परावसुकी बात सुनकर भृगुवंशी परशुरामने पुनः शस्त्र उठा लिया। पहले उन्होंने जिन सैकड़ों क्षत्रियोंको छोड़ दिया था, वे ही बढ़कर महापराक्रमी भूपाल बन बैठे थे
te vivṛddhā mahāvīryāḥ pṛthivīpatayo 'bhavan | rājan!
Васудева сказал: «О царь, те люди, возросши в силе и доблести, стали могучими владыками земли».
