दानपात्रापात्र-निर्णयः / Determining Worthy Gifts, Recipients, and Permissible Food
प्रियार्थमपि चैतेषां ब्राह्मणानां महात्मनाम् । नियोगादस्य च गुरोव्यासस्यथामिततेजस:,शत्रुओंको मारने और संताप देनेवाले नरेश! इन महामना ब्राह्मणोंका प्रिय करनेके लिये भी आपको इनकी बात मान लेनी चाहिये। आप अमित तेजस्वी गुरुदेव व्यासकी आज्ञासे हम सुहृदोंका और द्रौपदीका प्रिय कीजिये तथा सम्पूर्ण जगत्के हितसाधनमें लग जाइये
priyārtham api caiteṣāṁ brāhmaṇānāṁ mahātmanām | niyogād asya ca guro vyāsasyāmita-tejasaḥ ||
Даже ради того, чтобы угодить этим великодушным брахманам, тебе следует исполнить их просьбу. И, повинуясь повелению твоего учителя Вьясы, чьё сияние безмерно, поступай так, чтобы принести радость нам, твоим доброжелателям, и Драупади, и посвяти себя делу, служащему благу всего мира.
